Celebrations On Park is dedicated to providing a secure and convenient ticket purchasing experience for all guests attending our hosted events. To ensure a hassle-free process, please note the following details regarding our ticket purchasing policy:
TICKET PURCHASE OPTIONS
Purchase tickets online through our website portal. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway system.
PAYMENT POLICY
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments can be made through our online system using a credit or debit card. In-person purchases can be made with cash or credit/debit cards.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable. However, in the event of an emergency, please contact us immediately to see if we can work out an alternative arrangement.
TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
Guests are allowed to transfer their tickets to another person if they are unable to attend the event.
AGE POLICY
Please note that some of our events have age restrictions. It is important to check the event details before purchasing tickets to make sure you meet the event's age requirements.
IMAGE USE BY VENUE AND MODEL RELEASE
Celebrations On Park may photograph the Event and shall be considered the copyright owner of such images.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry into our events, please refer to the following list of required documentation:
1. Valid Photo ID: All attendees must bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport to verify their identity upon entry.
2. Printed or Digital Ticket Confirmation: Please bring a printed or digital version of your ticket confirmation email or receipt to gain entry into the event.
ALCOHOL
Celebrations On Park provides responsible alcohol and beverage service consistent with New York Alcohol Beverage Control statutes. We will not serve individuals who appear intoxicated or cannot provide proper identification upon request. All beverages, including wine, beer, and cocktails, must be obtained and ordered through our bar.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
